Qualification Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in organisations offering personal trustee services. At this level individuals are expected to apply theoretical and specialised skills in a range of situations and to display initiative and judgement in completing activities. They have autonomy in performing complex technical work and can be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating the work of others within broad but generally well-defined parameters.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = 13
5 core units plus
8 elective units , of which:
- at least 4 must be from Group A Estate management below
- at least 2 must be from Group B Organisational management below
- of the remaining elective units:
- up to 2 may be from the elective units listed below
- up to 2 may be from any currently endorsed Certificate IV or above training package qualification or accredited course.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the overall integrity of the AQF alignment, not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification, and contribute to a valid industry-supported vocational outcome.
