Qualification Description
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals, including autonomous haulage operators and mobile and fixed plant operators, working in autonomous workplace operations. They perform a prescribed range of tasks involving known routines and procedures using fundamental operational knowledge.

No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

Packaging Rules
Total number of units = 10
4 core units , plus
6 elective units , of which:
- at least 1 must be from Group A
- up to 5 may be from Group B, or
- up to 5 may be from elsewhere in this or any currently endorsed training package or accredited course with no more than 2 units chosen from a Certificate III or higher qualification
Where units selected from other Training Packages or accredited courses have prerequisites, the requirements of the host Training Package must be met.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the overall integrity of the AQF alignment, not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification, and contribute to a valid industry-supported vocational outcome.
