Application
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to monitor the implementation of a system pilot, and to evaluate its performance through testing and review.
It applies to individuals who are senior programmers and systems analysts who implement systems.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.

2.1 Review pilot operation against pilot objectives, and success criteria 2.2 Review client and executive feedback on the pilot, against the acceptance criteria 2.3 Identify and areas of success, and those needing improvement 2.4 Prioritise, implement and assess, the impact of required improvements 2.5 Document the review process and submit to the appropriate person |
