The Diploma of Hydrothermal Wellness provides the skills and knowledge required for the role of a Lead Wellness Host in a thermal/mineral springs environment.
The role curates personalised guest experiences and coordinates the provision of guest services. In a leadership role they guide staff in the provision of bathing and wellness experiences according to organisational standards. The role includes evaluating guest experiences and staff feedback to improve guest services and the wellness program offered.
